We know our clients want to protect their privacy - both homeowners and Guests - and rightly so. We couldn't agree more. Therefore, as a matter of policy, High Country does not release information of a financial or personal nature without the express permission of the Guest or property owner being investigated, for any reason whatsoever. General inquiries regarding availability and pricing for each property can be found on this website listed under each thumbnail description in the Properties section of this site.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: Deposits are due immediately with the full balance due within 45 days of arrival for condominiums and townhouses, and 90 days of arrival for homes. We cannot make a a refund on the cancellation of a reservation after 48 hours of booking. On other properties, if you cancel more than 45 days from arrival, we will refund all but $100 of your deposit. Cancellation for condominiums within 45 days of arrival or for homes within 90 days of arrival, will cause forfeiture of payments. If the property can be re-booked, we retain a fee of 5% of the gross amount and refund the balance. There are no refunds for early departure.
