Plus, it has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and comes with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Hang out on the front porch of 510 Evergreen to breathe in fresh air and take in the quiet neighborhood or enjoy a small backyard oasis after a long day on the slopes. This is the perfect place to make some memories with family and friends.



As you step into the great room on the main floor, you’ll immediately feel the warmth and appeal of this cozy home. The stone fireplace is the focal point, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light. With warm reds and natural textures throughout the living room, you’ll admire how the furniture is arranged in a way that encourages conversation, and there is plenty of seating for guests on the sectional couch and 2 armchairs. A large shelf with books and artwork inspires you to relax and stay awhile.



The main level also features an open-concept layout with the kitchen and dining area adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range, a microwave, and a Hamilton Beach blender. There are 2 stools at the breakfast bar for casual dining, whereas the dining room features a wood 8-seat dining table and chairs with a red accent wall.



On the main floor there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Evergreen also has a quaint front porch perfect for entertaining as it features a patio area with furniture and chairs.



Upstairs, there is the primary bedroom suite along with two other bedrooms.
