Steps away, a fully equipped kitchen will inspire home-cooked meals with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, while four high-top chairs at the breakfast bar inspire conversation over coffee.



Conveniently laid out on a single floor, Colonnade 11 sleeps 5 guests between king-sized beds in the primary and guest primary suites, and two twin beds in the third bedroom, making this an ideal home for a multi-generational family or two families traveling together.

The primary suite, styled in whimsical decor in classic white tones with emerald green accents, features multiple seating areas, including a cozy reading bench beneath a flat-screen TV, a leather accent chair, and twin emerald ottomans. Glass doors lead to a private deck with two chaise lounge chairs, creating a private ski beach overlooking the slopes. A table and two additional chairs provide a tranquil place for coffee in the summer or a hot toddy on a blue-bird winter day. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with jetted tub.



The sweeping guest primary, styled in classic decor with muted tones and crisp, white linens, features impressive double-height ceilings, mountain views through floor-to-ceiling windows, and plush reading chair. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower.



The third bedroom has the atmosphere of a country French cottage with pale green walls, a Renaissance-style bench and artwork, and intricate hardwood bed frames. This room has an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower.



In addition to this home’s relaxing indoor living areas, Colonnade 11 also features a spacious private deck overlooking the mountains with a 6-seat dining table for dinner al fresco on cool summer nights.



From your convenient location in the heart of downtown, you’ll find restaurants, cafes and entertainment steps away, including the heralded French restaurant Michel’s directly across the street. Take the free city shuttle to River Run Lodge for skiing in the winter or lift-served hiking and biking in the summer, or ride to Sun Valley Lodge for year-round recreation, from ice skating to bowling.



Although you can easily enjoy your vacation without a car, on-site parking allows to explore the surrounding area or drive to the mountain if you choose.

Noise at this property should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum, and please note this home is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
