Located in Sun Valley, this recently remodeled 1,297 square foot condo will please guests with all its attention to detail. The main level, with beautiful slate tile flooring, has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, granite counter tops, bar seating for eight and opens to a comfortable living room with a river rock fireplace and flat screen television/entertainment center. A full bathroom and lovely deck with gas grill and furnishings complete the main level. Upstairs is a full bathroom and two bedrooms with queen size beds. The master also has a flat screen television/entertainment center.
Separate from each other but situated side by side Villager 1220 and Villager 1218 can be booked together for extended families looking to stay close.
