This complex has full use of the Prospector amenities, including the summer-use pool tennis and pickle ball court. *The Prospector 204 only allow parking for one vehicle. No extra parking spaces are permitted.



Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum.
